# Managing Members

The menu where you view a member's detailed information displays buttons that allow you to perform member operations. These buttons are:

* Rank-up: Promote the player's rank.
* Rank-down: Demote the player's rank.
* Kick: Kick the member from the team. This member can rejoin the team.
* Ban: Ban the member from the team. The banned member cannot rejoin the team until the ban is lifted.

**Ranks:** Every member of the team has a rank, and ranks can grant members various privileges.

* Member: This is the initial rank held by players who join the team. It has no special features.
* Elder: This is one rank above Member. It has no special features.
* Co-leader: Has senior privileges related to team management.
* Leader (owner): This is the owner of the team. They have all privileges related to the team and the authority to delete the team. No member can be ranked-up to the Leader rank.
